Meetings and Tasks — Now Linked
The June update makes it easier to turn meetings into action. The biggest change: Meetings and Tasks are now linked, so that decisions, responsibilities, and follow-ups are automatically connected.
Meetings and Tasks Are Now Linked
Decisions made at a meeting can easily fall by the wayside without a clear next step. Now, meetings can be linked directly to tasks in Reduca, so that accountability and follow-up come naturally after every decision—without anyone having to keep track manually.
Personal notes in the agenda
Members can now add private notes directly to each agenda item—perfect for preparing for the meeting, asking questions, or jotting down personal reminders. The notes are visible only to you.
Time-Limited Votes
Votes can now have a set start and end time. Voting closes automatically when the time runs out, and the time frame is clearly displayed both in the email and on the voting page—so that no one is unsure of when the decision will be finalized.
Data has been given a more prominent role
What was previously called "Projects" is now called "Tasks"—a name that better reflects how the feature is actually used in board work. Combined with the integration with "Meetings," it becomes easier to see what needs to be done and by whom.
