New Dashboard: A Clearer Starting Point for Board Work
We've completely redesigned the Reduca homepage from the ground up. The goal is simple: when you log in, you should immediately see what actually needs your attention and be able to take action without having to search for it.
An overview that highlights what matters
The old home page was packed with information but didn’t provide a clear next step. The new dashboard greets you with a contextual message and a concrete summary of your current status—for example, how many documents are waiting for your signature or which meeting is coming up next—so you know exactly where to start.
Quick Fixes Within Reach
Create a meeting, upload a document, sign a document, or invite a member—all directly from the home page, without having to navigate through multiple menus first.
Tasks and Deadlines at a Glance
Your own tasks are now clearly displayed with their deadlines and statuses, along with upcoming meetings and the signing status of the most recent documents—all on the same page.
Navigation that reflects how board work actually takes place
The menu has been reorganized and grouped under Board Work, Documents & Agreements, Communication, and Registers, instead of a long, flat list. Everything is still immediately visible, without unnecessary drop-down menus.
