Access follows the person and can be easily changed when the board changes.

  • Access to the functions selected by the administrator

  • Unable to add, modify, manage, or delete content
  • Unable to manage permissions and invite users.

Easy handover

When roles change, access is updated immediately.
The structure, information, and history remain intact without previous users retaining access.

Information stays within the board

Only authorized individuals can view the content, and former users lose access without the board losing information and control.
