Brf Kanoten's board consists of 5 members and 2 deputies. Its mission is to manage and develop the cooperative in the interests of the members in accordance with the statutes, financial plan, maintenance plan and well-being rules.
The housing association consists of an apartment building with a total of 130 condominiums and 1 premises located on Bogsprötsgatan 21. It also has a large roof terrace with an associated kitchenette and an inner courtyard with an environmental house and a bicycle room. The goal is to create a well-maintained, pleasant and environmentally conscious housing with proximity to Karlstad's inner city with everything it has to offer.
