Is it possible to test the portal?

Yes, you can test the portal for 30 days free of charge without any obligations. Click here to try it for free.

What is meant by users?

A user is a person who is given access to the Board Portal. Most often it is only board members, but the organization itself decides who is invited.

Contract duration and notice period?

The contract period is 1 year with 3 months' notice. The agreement with Reduca is placed under monitoring in the Board Portal and you will receive regular reminders before renewal.

What is the security situation?

We work a lot with security as our customers should feel safe when they use our Board Portal. Every day, all material is backed up and encrypted. Reduca has an internal security policy to ensure that all employees are trained and updated in IT security. Please read more on our security page.

Is it possible to add e-signed documents or other extensions?

Yes, you can add e-signature processes, storage, SMS and participation minutes.

Is the price per portal or user?

The price is per portal and excludes VAT.

Do we get help with start-up?

Absolutely, we help our customers get started in the Board Portal free of charge with both training and uploading of materials if desired.

Is it possible to e-sign with external parties?

Yes, it is possible to digitally sign documents with external parties who do not have access to your Board Portal.
