How Reduca is used in the foundation

Prior to the meeting, a notice is sent out, and the agenda and documents are shared in the workspace so that everyone can see and access the same materials.

During the meeting, the secretary takes notes directly in the structure and decisions are formulated on an ongoing basis. When the meeting ends, the minutes are ready to be signed digitally.

Between meetings, tasks are followed up, agreements and documents are updated, members are informed, and discussions and planning can be carried out as needed.
