Brinkens IF is dedicated to promoting the sport of ice hockey and offering a unique experience for ice hockey enthusiasts of all ages. The vision is - as many as possible, as long as possible, as good as possible - we welcome everyone, create a sustainable hockey environment and give each player the best possible conditions to develop in. Through training, competitions and events, we promote physical activity, community and sportsmanship. In other words - Hockey for everyone!
Brinken's core values are joy, community and commitment. The club believes in the importance of fair play and respect - both on and off the ice. Showing consideration for opponents, coaches and referees is a given, as is the importance of cooperation and team spirit. Driven by a love of the sport, the club strives to give every player the opportunity to develop through quality training and an educational hockey environment.

At Brinkens IF, ice hockey is about more than just the game on the ice - it's about creating an environment where everyone can develop and feel a sense of community. The club wants every player, regardless of background or experience, to have the chance to grow and be challenged at their own level.
To drive and develop the club forward, Brinkens IF has a committed board of 15 members, including two co-opted members, with different areas of responsibility but with a common goal, to strengthen the business both on and off the ice.

With the Board Portal, the club can easily collect and monitor all contracts in one place, enter start and end dates, attach documents, record costs and specify notice periods and renewal terms. In addition, they can assign responsible persons who automatically receive email and SMS reminders when it is time to renegotiate contracts.
It gives us a clear overview of the club's finances and structured management of everything from employment contracts to sponsorship deals. By digitizing our contract management, we save both time and resources, allowing us to focus more on the sport and the development of our players.
