Meetings and votes – now integrated in Reduca

A user interface for Swedish meetings and votes, featuring tabs for "Minutes," "Approval," and "Signing," as well as a list of times and responsible individuals

We have updated the meeting feature in Reduca with a new link between Meetings and Polls. This means that boards can now link polls directly to an agenda item or the minutes—without having to leave the meeting or manually process the results afterward.

What's new?

Previously, Meetings and Votes were two separate parts of the platform. Now they are integrated. During the minutes stage of a meeting, you can attach a voting document directly to a specific agenda item—for example, a motion for the association’s general meeting. The voting results are then immediately visible in the minutes once the meeting has ended.

This means that the entire process—from the agenda and meeting notice to the minutes, approval, and signing—now takes place in one place.

Here's what your board will get:

Link an existing vote directly to a meeting agenda item, attach motions and voting materials as appendices to the minutes, and view voting results directly in the minutes without any manual follow-up work.

The update is available to all users now; please log in here.
