With the Messages feature in Reduca, the board can communicate directly within the platform instead of through separate email threads. Create discussion threads with individual board members or the entire board and keep all communication in one place.

When new threads are started or messages are left unread, the system sends automatic reminders. This makes it easier to follow up on discussions, ensure that important information gets through, and keep work moving forward between meetings.

The messaging feature also allows you to reach external recipients such as members, tenants, employees, or other stakeholders. Send messages via email or text message and attach documents or other information directly to the message.
