Meetings – a comprehensive digital meeting process
The Meetings feature in Reduca brings the entire meeting process together in a single workflow—from planning to follow-up. It saves time, reduces administrative work, and brings greater structure to board work.
Before the meeting, the agenda can be easily created using a template or by reusing items from previous meetings. The meeting notice is sent directly from the platform, including the list of participants, attachments, a video link, and the option to RSVP. At the same time, the meeting is automatically added to the shared board calendar, which sends reminders to the participants.
During the meeting, the minutes are compiled directly based on the agenda. Roles can be assigned, amendments can be recorded, and decisions can be documented in real time. Once the minutes have been approved, they are securely signed using BankID.
All decisions are automatically recorded in a clear decision log. This makes it easy to track what was decided, by whom, and when—and ensures transparency throughout the entire process.
