The Meetings feature is a digital meeting process
that saves time and minimizes administration.

In Meetings, it is easy to create an agenda with the option to reuse items from previous meetings. Add attachments, participants, and send invitations with video links and RSVPs—directly from the platform. During the meeting, roles can be assigned, amendments can be made, and the minutes are automatically generated based on the agenda. After adjustment, the minutes are securely signed with BankID.

All decisions are simultaneously recorded in a digital decision log.
This feature makes it easy to follow up, see who decided what and when, and ensure transparency
throughout the entire process.

Clear overview and smart history
Each meeting is automatically added to the board calendar with reminders via email and text message to participants.
All completed meetings, including documentation and related decisions, are saved in a searchable and clear view, which creates a clear history, streamlines follow-up, and facilitates future meetings.
