As the year draws to a close, we want to pause and summarize what we have actually achieved together with our users. Because sometimes numbers say more than words.
This year's figures clearly show how digital board work makes a real difference – in terms of time, efficiency, and how resources are used more responsibly.
📊 Reduca's year – in brief
During the year, the Board Portal was used by:
- approx. 3,500 users
- approximately 500 organizations
- Approximately 6,000 meetings held
- Approximately 8,000 signed documents
Behind every figure are board members and organizations that have chosen to work in a more structured, efficient, and sustainable way.
⏱️ Time that has actually been left over
One of the most obvious benefits of the Board Portal is the time saved on administration.
Each user saves an averageof 40 hours per yearon meeting preparation and administrative work. When 3,500 users do the same, it means thatover 140,000 hourshave been freed up during the year.
To put this figure into perspective, it corresponds to:
- ⏰almost 80 full-time working years
- 📚over 17,000 working days
- 🎬Over 56,000 feature films
- 🚗The time it takes to drive from Stockholm to Kiruna and back over 5,000 times
This is time that could instead have been used for better decisions, more thoughtful strategic discussions, and less stress in the work of the board.
🌱 Less paper – greater responsibility
Digitization is not just about efficiency, but also about how resources are used.
Each organization saves an average of50 paper printouts per yearby working digitally in the Board Portal. In total, this means25,000 printoutsthat never needed to be made.
This corresponds to:
- 💧approximately 500,000 liters of water
- ⚡energy equivalent to the annual consumption of several Swedish households
- 🚚a whole pallet of paper
- 🌳 several trees that did not need to be felled
In addition to the environmental benefits, this also means fewer manual tasks, less filing, and a more modern way of handling important documents—without compromising on security or structure.
📅 Meetings and decisions with better conditions
During the year, approximately6,000 meetingswere held in the Board Portal and8,000 documentswere signed digitally.
This corresponds to:
- almostone meeting every 90 minutes – around the clock, all year round
- thousands of decisionsthat could have been made and implemented without unnecessary detours
When agendas, supporting documents, and minutes are gathered in one place, meeting time can be used for content—not logistics.
