Do you want a structured and cost-effective board work? This course will give you an idea of how the board can ease the administrative work and create good structure with digital tools. It provides an insight into how digital tools can increase participation, reduce costs and unnecessary administrative paperwork, and make it possible to carry out board work remotely.

Do you keep track of all active agreements and important documents today? Is the board material collected or scattered in binders and on different devices of board members? Do you have a clear division of responsibilities and strong commitment from members? With the right digital tools, the board can increase participation, gather all materials in one place, offer remote working, facilitate the meeting process and signing of documents. In addition, create clear accountability, keep track of active agreements and important documents.


In the Board Portal, it is possible to sign documents with BankID, monitor agreements, conduct video meetings, share documents, send out information via e-mail and SMS, manage small and large projects and create clear annual planning with the board calendar.
During the course, we go through the Board Portal, give tips on how the board can set up a structured and cost-effective board work with digital tools. We also answer questions and address recurring concerns from housing associations.
