Communities partner with Reduca
Samfälligheterna, which is part of Villaägarnas Riksförbund, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Reduca regarding the Board Portal, which means that associations that have signed a Security Agreement can take part in a favorable offer. Samfällheterna is a nationwide organization for Sweden's joint property associations. Today, over 1,800 community associations have signed a Security Agreement with Samfälligheterna, which means that associations can take part in advice, training and favorable offers.
The Board Portal is already used today as a board tool among boards of community associations and has facilitated board work in hundreds of associations. Now Samfällheterna, together with us at Reduca, chooses to add the Board Portal as a benefit in their Security Agreement, so that we can simplify the board work for more community associations.
The board portal makes it easy for the board to run the board work in an optimal, efficient and sustainable way. With smart features, it contributes to structured board work, better collaboration, greater participation and improved communication within the association. It has proven to reduce costs and time spent on unnecessary administrative work.
"Through our collaboration with Samfälligheterna, we aim to jointly modernize and simplify board work within community associations using the Board Portal. This platform enables centralization of all board work, which in turn has proven to result in increased engagement, more efficient workflows and improved communication within the association", says Christian Murray, Reduca.
Samfälligheterna is part of Villaägarnas Riksförbund, Sweden's largest interest organization for residents and owners of small houses. Signing a security agreement with Samfälligheterna means that the association has access to legal, financial and technical advice as well as useful training. Through partners, associations also get access to favorable offers of much-needed services and products.
"A board portal is something our contractual associations are asking for and it is great that we can now present this collaboration with Reduca. They have a good product that will be useful in our contractual associations' board work," says Sofia Hellsing, head of Samfällheterna.
