Welcome to a webinar with Samfällheterna! Samfälligheterna now invites contractual associations to a webinar with us where you can learn how to get a structured board work with the help of the Board Portal.
The board portal is available as a benefit for community associations that have signed the Security Agreement with Samfällheterna.
The board portal creates structure and makes it easier for boards in communities around Sweden. Among other things, it helps you keep track of all contract times, important documents and projects, which reduces costs and time otherwise spent on unnecessary administrative work.
During the webinar you will learn how to:
- Sign minutes digitally
- Conducting video meetings
- Create agenda and minutes in the portal
- Placing contracts under surveillance
- Create digital projects
- Send emails and text messages to members
- Create annual planning with the board calendar
- Conducting digital votes
- Importing and exporting records
The webinar will take place on Thursday, April 4 at 18.00 - 19.00 via Teams.
