Video meetings now available in the Board Portal
Video meetings are now available in the Board Portal. This means that boards can hold video meetings directly in the Board Portal, giving organizations greater choice for hybrid or remote working. Board members can have video meetings with both users and external people without giving access to the portal.
It is possible to hold video meetings with up to 200 participants. It is easy to add the name, date, time and description of the meeting and participants. Once all the information and participants have been added, a meeting link is created and the user can easily send out invitations to participants.
During the video meeting, it is possible to send reactions, chat and share screens with participants. This is particularly useful when the Board wants to present something to external people or if a supplier wants to present something to the Board.
The feature is user-friendly and creates many opportunities for the Board. It is possible to have a video meeting while working in the Board Portal. It allows the board to gather all board work on one platform and it creates a clear digital meeting history.
