Editing documents
A new feature is now available that allows users to edit documents directly in the Board Portal. This improvement aims to facilitate the work of board members and administrators by offering a more clear, smooth and efficient work process.
With this new feature, users can now:
- Edit documents directly: Instead of having to download, edit and then re-upload documents, users can now make changes directly in the Board Portal. This saves time and reduces the risk of version control issues.
- Collaborate in real time: Multiple users can now work on the same document, facilitating collaboration and making it easier to get input and feedback from all stakeholders.
- Compatible: The new feature is compatible with common document formats already used by the organization, making the transition smooth and easy.
This update is part of the Board Portal's continuous effort to improve the user experience and meet the growing needs of modern boards. To get started with the document editor, users can log in to their account and follow the simple instructions provided in the add-ons in the left-hand menu.
